If you do not select a download location, all the files you download will be placed in the NewsReactor main directory. It is better to have them organized, inside another directory, and having each group's files in their own directory.
In order to do this, open the Options dialog by pressing the Options button on the toolbar, or by selecting the Options entry in the File menu. Then choose the Advanced tab. This is what you'll see:
To select the directory where your files will be saved, type the path in the textbox at the bottom of the Options dialog, or use the Browse... button to navigate to it. A folder will be created for every group you have selected. That way, you'll have a neatly organized download folder.
